Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for my kids to play. The to-go breakfast helped kickstart our days, although I wish there were more options. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be better, ideal for enjoying outdoor activities and exploring the surrounding area.
My stay at the Nantahala Village was a pleasant experience overall. The room was quiet and convenient with amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and a decently sized bathroom, although it did take a while to get refreshed and had a slight initial smell of mold. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, including a warm welcome drink. The location was perfect, being close to various exciting activities like whitewater rafting and zip-lining, and just a short drive away from Bryson City, renowned for its scenic beauty and the popular Smoky Mountain Railroad. However, the hotel is right on the edge of the road, which could be a bit noisy at times.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel was spotless and fresh, and booking a month in advance ensured a peaceful experience. Having a refrigerator, microwave, and spacious bathroom made everything so convenient, though I did miss the receipt for my expenses. The service was fantastic, with the team always ready to assist and even brought extra sheets and blankets without any fuss. Location-wise, it was a dream being surrounded by beautiful landscapes and just minutes away from exciting activities and great dining options.
